Anna tagged me. So here's the questions: 5 Places you want to visit again some day and 5 places you've never been that you want to visit.

5 Places I want to visit again:

1) Caribbean Cruise - Craig and I went when we had been married less than two years and it was a blast! Loved it. There is so much to do all the time. The excursions were great, the food was great, the atmosphere was great. It was great seeing all the differences in each island.

2) Hilton Head Island - We went here for a few days on our 10th anniversary. It was nothing like I expected but wonderful. I've been to a lot of beaches, but this one was unique. Lots and lots of trees everywhere. We spent most everyday biking through the paths through the plantation. We spent most of our time in the plantation that has the lighthouse (can't remember the plantation name), but it was great. I would love to visit the other plantations next time.

3) Disney - of course. We always enjoy vacationing here. It's a great place to go with kids, or without. We actually went there on our honeymoon. Lots of fun for people of all ages. It's definitely different with kids...I would suggest you guys going as a couple sometime, as well as with the kids.

4) Outer Banks - We've vacationed here with family a few years, but haven't been back for a couple years now. It's very relaxing and lots of educational stuff. Aquarium, Roanoke Island, Outdoor Drama, Wright Brother's Museum, Gardens, Shipwreck Airplane Tour, and more.

5) Washington DC / Williamsburg - I've went once when I was younger, and again for a very short day trip. Kiley loves history and it's such a history rich place, I would love to go visit again. Perhaps in the fall since we will be studying American history starting next school year.

Places I've never gone but would love to:

1) Australia / New Zealand - Craig and I have always wanted to go here. We thought by the time our 10th anniversary rolled around, we'd have plenty of money to spare and would go there. Well, perhaps by our 20th?

2) Scotland - The Tweed's came from here....there is a Tweed river and would love to see the country.

3) France / Italy - Love old world architecture and designs

4) India - I'd love to take the girls on a missions trip when they are older. I think it would be a life changing, eye opening experience to see what the world is like for millions of people not living in the fantasy world we live in. I know we are blessed beyond measure here and look forward to one day see the Lord working in wonderful ways in India with my own eyes.

5) San Antonio, Texas - Kiley and I are looking forward to this trip (Lord Willing!). We can't wait to see our dear friends and pray for a quick end to this MRSA so we can go. I've never been to Texas...it's exciting!

So, there you have it! Where I want to go...has me wanting to plan a vacation!

Sweet Family....

I was told to go get coffee and be gone for a couple hours the night before Valentine's Day. Of course, you didn't have to twist my arm. I took some books to look through for some school and eye therapy for Kiley and off I went. I think I ended up being gone 3 hours! I've got to do that more often. It was relaxing!

I came home to this bouquet of roses. I have a very creative husband...and the girls had a blast with their dad!

Little Miss Teacher

I left Kiley working on her grammar, and when I returned a new teacher had replaced me....

Baseball in our tiny backyard....

Here's some pictures of the kids playing baseball in the backyard. Since our yard is small, they were seeing how far they could hit it (which house they could hit it to). Thankfully, they were using a soft nerf ball. I wonder who's idea this was?

It's neat to see all their personalities. As Craig, Ashlyn, and Seth took turns hitting. Kiley sat on the hill content to write in her journal and read.

Kiley's Birthday (a.k.a. Kiley's Hannukah)

We had to cancel Kiley's sleepover due to Ashlyn's skin infection. I was trying to keep it small and simple, so we just invited the same girls to meg art. It was a really good party. They are at an age now where they will sit and tell jokes and be silly together. She really missed her friend Laura though. This was her first birthday party without her (well since they became friends). We have planned to go visit them around her birthday, but because of the skin infections, we've postponed it until they are under control. We hope to go soon though.

The next day my parents, and sister's family came to after church lunch and fondue (with presents for Kiley of course). So if you put it all together will our simple cinnamon roll birthday breakfast the week before, we've been celebrating for over a week. Craig mentioned it was more like Hannukah than a birthday.

Mamaw made her a colonial dress...she loves it! All of the care group friends get together and put on plays, so this is a real treat for her!

I do love my sweet little lady!

Monday Funny

Just a quick post. One day, we were watching a show and there was a Pontiac commercial on. Ashlyn, our funny girl, chuckles...."he,he....He said Potty-ack....he, he". I still laugh when I see a Pontiac commercial.
